Are YOU ready to become a champion?

Our classes, following the lead of Kerri Jahelka (owner/operator of Dedicated Fitness Inc.) are coached by successful high school & collegiate athletes skilled in the field of exercise/fitness/nutrition (DF Certified). Our team teaches proper lifting form on designated strength days, and quick cutting/moving feet on agility days. By switching between strength and agility daily, our program supercharges coordination while building stronger and more conditioned athletes. Yeah of course it's fun, but we're not just playing games. We're building top notch athletes! 

Besides physical improvement, our athletes are constantly improving mentally as well. By incorporating the "Positive Is Powerful" mindset, our program helps to build and improve self esteem and confidence in our athletes. We include daily speeches which touch upon courage, perseverance, positive thinking, team work, nutrition, and much more. Through positive coaching, our staff truly believes they can help each of our athletes become the best version of themselves!

We typically keep our class ratios to at most 4 athletes per 1 coach to be sure all our athletes are getting full attention and are using proper form to prevent injury. 

Our program is something that needs to be experienced to understand the extreme improvement our athletes go through both physically and mentally, thus becoming an important building block to ensure success in your sport!.

This coming year we put together two 3 week sessions, the first begins June 26 and continues through July 14th. The second session starts July 17 and finishes August 4th. Prices start at $175 per session, or $300 for both sessions. ($50 Savings by signing up for both sessions).

Each Session takes place everyday Monday through Friday
No Class Tuesday July 4th.

​Grades 3-5 & 6-8: 10:00am to 12:00pm
Grades 9-Collegiate: 7:00am to 9:00am

To finish the sign up process for Dedicated Fitness 2017 Summer Classes you must complete a participation form, and a class invoice in our office. To register for specific dates fill out the appropriate summer camp invoice above and email it to cindy@dedicatedfit.com or bring it in to our office.
