Rise to the top with our Sports Conditioning Program. Summer Camp 2016 is coming fast, don't get left behind! Last Summer, grades 3-Collegiate athletes have been actively on their way to becoming the best version of themselves. They learned proper lifting form on strength days, and quick cutting/moving feet on agility days. Yeah it's fun, but were not just playing games. We're building top notch athletes!
This coming year we put together two 4 week session options, the first begins June 6 and continues through July 1st. The second session starts July 11 and finishes August 5th. Prices start at $175 for one session, or $300 for both sessions. (save $50 by signing up for both sessions)
Grades 3-5 & 6-8(9) are from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
Grades 9-Collegiate are from 7:00am to 9:00am.
Strength, and Agility Switch Daily.

To finish the sign up for Dedicated Fitness 2016 Summer Camp you must complete, and sign a participation form in our office. To register for specific dates fill out the appropriate summer camp invoice above and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring it in to our office.
